10:15-11:45 am Position Training - Serving & Passing

8:30-10:00 AM - Position Training - Setting

12:00 - 1:30 pm Position Training - Spiking

8:30-10:00 am Position Training - Setting

10:15-11:45 am - Serving & Passing

These classes are for Girls 14-15 years of age to advance their volleyball skills to a higher level
